The Operations Department manages the internal systems that keep the UBC Astronomy Club running smoothly. Our team oversees club records, memberships, and organizational resources, helping ensure that all departments have the support they need to carry out their work. We also coordinate the club’s telescope rental program, allowing members to borrow equipment and explore the night sky on their own. Through these efforts, the Operations Department helps maintain the structure and organization that allows the club’s events, projects, and initiatives to run efficiently.
