LECTURE SERIES

We run on-campus flash observations featuring different solar-system objects, celestial objects, galaxies, nebulae and many more! Hosted outside of the Koerner library or on the HEBB Rooftop, these are generally open to the general public, with some events set aside for members only.

CODING WORKSHOPS

We host various workshops for teaching different skills related to observational astronomy, enhanced with hands-on experiences. These include workshops on astrophotography and relevant coding exercises.

BLOGS

We post biweekly blogs right here on the UBC Astronomy Club website! These blogs consist of a monthly space news roundup and additional articles on various fun and interesting topics, such as what would happen to the Earth if the Sun disappeared.
